Remote Training

Reaching athletes past the state lines for In-season & Off season training.

Remote training will offer:

  1. A full assessment and mechanical breakdown. We will go over previous training history as well as a functional movement screening.

  2. A individualized 4-week training cycle (Throwing, S&C, Mobility and Arm Care). Everything will be laid out for you so you don’t have to worry about what you should be doing for throwing or lifting.

  3. You will have unlimited text/email access to ask me any question. There will also weekly check ins to see how everything is progressing.

  4. After the 4-week cycle we will go over how everything went and what adjustments need to be made to your program for the next 4-week cycle.
