Private Lessons (1:1)

Lessons last 1 HR

Private lessons are meant for the athlete that needs the 1:1 attention.

Private can be for:

  • 1:1 Pitching Development

  • 1:1 Strength & conditioning plan In-season/Off-season

We will explore and develop the athletes:

  • Movement patterns

  • Mechanical breakdown (PlayAi)

  • Pitch velocity

  • Pitch Design (Trackman)

  • Arm care

  • In-season S&C: Maximize the athletes performance while keeping them fresh and healthy

  • Off-season S&C: prep the athlete for the new year.

Development Program (Group)

  • You must be 14 or older

The development program is for the athlete that is ready to take the next step in their development. We start by evaluating each athlete to curate a program specific to their needs.

We will use

  • Trackman to create a Full Pitch arsenal report and work on designing pitches

  • PitchAi will be used to create biomechanical reports

  • Vald Force Decks/DynaMo will be used to identify: (range of motion, Force Development and isometric strength)

The Development Program is built around:

Arm Care: You will be given a full pre-throwing routine including a J-band routine, as well as soft tissue & activation exercises that will help prime the muscles necessary to perform at a high level. We will also strengthen the arm to help decrease injury and combat the tolls of throwing.

Throwing: Every athlete will have an evaluation of their movement pattern so that we can tailor the drills to the individual athlete. Following the evaluation, we will prescribe throwing drills using PlyoCare balls, Medicine ball, bands, Etc to help solidify efficient natural throwing mechanics. This is a time to work away from the mound and focus on the movements we are trying to engineer into our pitching motion.

Mechanical Breakdown/Pitch Design: During every bullpen, we will breakdown the athletes mechanics to make the proper adjustments if necessary to their program throwing work. We will also go through pitch design sessions to help create an arsenal that will set our pitchers up for success.

Strength & Conditioning Program: Our pitching mechanics are heavily influenced by lifting techniques. The S&C program is designed to help gain strength, power & speed to throw the athletes peak velocity as well as withstand the tolls that repetitive movements take on the body. It will work hand in hand with throwing and adapt to the season of the athlete. This is where real growth comes from!

Mobility: Struggling with improving range of motion? We will have a full work up of mobility drills as well as soft tissue exercises to help improve your nagging mobility problems.

Rehab: For athletes that may be coming back from injury, we will provide a throwing/S&C program to help for a fast and healthy rehabilitation back from injury.

We want to get the most out of our athletes. By continually evaluating and progressing their program based on their needs, we can ensure that we are putting our athletes in the best position for success and growth.
