Justin Simanek, CSCS
Justin is a Seattle, Washington native who began his collegiate playing career at Tacoma Community College before finishing at Southeastern Louisiana University. Following his playing career, he served as the Director of Pitching Development at P360 Pearl, where he founded the P360 Ace Pitching Program.
After several years of developing pitchers at P360, Justin launched Peak Velocity Performance to deliver a comprehensive, performance-driven development system. Since opening its doors, he has worked with athletes ranging from youth players to professionals, helping them improve pitching development goals.

Preston originated from Crystal Springs, Mississippi. He graduated from Copiah Academy in 2018. He started his career at Hinds Community College and continued at Mississippi State University where he won a National Championship in 2021. He was drafted in the 7th round by the Baltimore Orioles and has played for them the past three years.

Landon Tomkins

Landon is from Brandon, Mississippi. He played junior college baseball at Hinds Community College from 2018 to 2020. From there he went to Louisiana Tech University from 2020 to 2023
while he was there he would help run pitching camps for the local kids during the summer time. During his time at Louisiana Tech Landon was a huge part of the bullpen mainly in the closer role. Aiding the team into a Regional Host in 2021 and another regional appearance in 2022. In his last year at Louisiana Tech he was drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 10th round in 2023. Since then he as spent 3 years with the Pirates and is now in double A with them.
